At Strapless Prom Dresses Shop, we are dedicated to providing you with a flawless prom dress shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in the original packaging
Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for processing your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If your prom dress is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will resolve the issue by offering a return, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Dresses that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement once your return has been processed.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned dress, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
